Micro-ground coffee, which has the purest flavour, is made from finely roasted ground coffee. It prepares a delicious cup of coffee without the fuss of a traditional coffee maker. In a short length of time, this new technology allows for the manufacture of natural fine ground roasted coffee with a particular flavour character.

Micro-ground coffee’s quality and flavour are influenced by the quality of the coffee bean as well as critical operations such as roasting, upstream, and downstream procedures. In order to maintain all of the flavour components, the clarifying stage includes separating the insoluble components from the soluble coffee extract by using a system of filters and centrifuge.

Since the coffee extract is a thermally sensitive product, evaporation is an important step in maximizing the solid content of the extract. When wet-grinding is done at a low temperature, the resulting product does have a great flavor and consistency.

The micro-ground coffee is prepared with the most up-to-date and environmentally friendly refrigerants since accurate temperature control is required to maintain all of the coffee's important features. As a result, it retains its aroma and flavour for a longer period of time.
